Kari Bagby
Owner / Master Stylist
Kari has been a professional hair stylist in Roanoke for 13 years. She took the next step in her career and opened Karisma Salon in 2018. She specializes in creating natural placement with highlighting, low-lighting, color and grey coverage.
Kari places high value on building relationships with her clients and understanding how to best meet their needs. Outside of the salon, she loves all things sweet, like pugs!
Becky Ashton
Master Stylist
Becky has been a stylist to the Roanoke area since 2008. She is know for her artistic cutting and coloring skills.
Becky prides herself on making each client feel unique and special as well as having some laughs along the way! Being a dedicated cat mom is at the top of the list when she’s not in the salon.
Rebekah Lynn Murphy
Master Stylist
Rebekah has been a stylist in the Roanoke area for 18 years. Color, including balayage and foil blonding services are a passion for her. She also specializes in thick, textured and long hair. Her philosophy for hair is to keep it simple and work with your texture.
Outside of work Rebekah is probably spending time with her husband and son. When she’s not at work or chasing after her son, you can find her in her garden or under a pile of yarn crocheting.
Lauren Woolwine
Nail Technician
Lauren has been a licensed cosmetologist in the Roanoke valley since 2016, and has been focusing solely on nails since 2018. She takes pride in making her clients feel beautiful every time they come to see her.
She loves all things glittery and pink. Anytime she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with friends and family, or at a coffee shop enjoying her favorite drink.

Our Products
Davines (pronounced da-ven-ez) is the product line used at Karisma. Davines truly cares about the impact they have on the earth and they make sure to offset their carbon footprint by planting trees. We hope you love the products as much as we do!
The Oi line contains Roucou Oil, derived from a plant native to the Amazon, to help decrease damage caused by UV rays and prevent aging. It also contains beta-carotene to help restructure the hair and aid in its growth.
Davines focuses on crafting thoughtful designs for all of their products featuring naturally derived ingredients that have proven results. All of their products are handcrafted and packaged in Parma, Italy.
The Dede line is the perfect shampoo and conditioner for all you folks who need to wash your hair everyday! Gentle enough to keep your hair from drying out, cleansing enough to keep you from feeling too oily.
